Gift Certificates & How it Works

  1. Choose a gift certificate amount.

  2. Complete your purchase through our secure QuickBooks checkout.

  3. You’ll receive an emailed Sales Receipt followed by a confirmation email with:

    • Your digital certificate card

    • A printable certificate card template (optional)

  4. Schedule your visit by emailing info@lepetitranch.org or calling 413-200-8081

    • Gift certificates are transferable and may be used by the purchaser or gifted to another guest.

    • Gift certificates may be applied toward available experiences, visits, and programs offered by Le Petit Ranch.

    • Gift certificates may be used across multiple visits until the full balance has been redeemed.

    • Gift certificates do not expire. Experiences are subject to availability and current program offerings at the time of booking.

    • We’re happy to personalize visits whenever possible. Guests are encouraged to share any accessibility needs, special interests, or requests when scheduling.

    • Ranch experiences may occasionally need to be rescheduled due to weather, animal care needs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    • Please keep a copy of your gift certificate or confirmation email for redemption.

    • Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
