Gift Certificates & How it Works

1. Choose a gift certificate amount.

2. Complete your purchase through our secure QuickBooks checkout.

3. You’ll receive an emailed Sales Receipt followed by a confirmation email with:

   • Your digital certificate card

   • A printable certificate card template (optional)

4. Schedule your visit by emailing info@lepetitranch.org or calling 413-200-8081

Gift Certificates Terms & Conditions

• Gift certificates are transferable. They may be used by the purchaser or given to another guest.

• Gift certificates may be used across multiple visits. Any remaining balance after a session can be applied toward future sessions before the expiration date.

• Gift certificates apply to the full price of any eligible session offered at Le Petit Ranch.

• Gift certificates expire on June 30, 2026. Please schedule your visit before this date to ensure availability.

• Advance scheduling is required. To redeem a gift card or plan your ranch experience, please contact us at info@lepetitranch.org or 413-200-8081.

• We’re happy to personalize your visit. If you have special interests, accessibility needs, or would like help planning a memorable experience, we love tailoring visits to each guest.

• Physical or digital proof of your gift certificate or confirmation email may be requested at the time of your visit.
